13. Error Reporting and Mistaken Transactions
If you identify a transaction error:

● If the error was caused by your incorrect input (e.g., wrong beneficiary details), and the funds were transferred as per your instruction, SmartRemit is not liable.
● In such cases, you may need to initiate a new transaction at your cost.
